Through home, school, and community partnerships, Cardston Elementary has made many positive changes in the areas of health and wellness. The students have participated and led many healthy activities that contribute to their emotional, intellectual, physical, spiritual and social well-being.

Student participation and leadership in healthy eating, active living and positive social environment activities has supported the development of the qualities and abilities summarized in Alberta Education’s Inspiring Education document (Engaged Thinkers and Ethical Citizens with an Entrepreneurial Spirit) in our students.

A huge thank you to the many students, parents, teachers, school leaders, service clubs, local businesses, community members and provincial organizations for their continued efforts in school health promotion. Together, we are making a difference.
